For about one week from August to September 2024, ICBiotech of Osaka University dispatched graduate students to Thailand to participate in summer training courses at Mahidol University, Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, and King Mongkut’s University of Technology in Thonburi in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Some students suffered from diarrhea and developed sickness due to the life in unfamiliar environment in the local area, but R.E.P.’s staff quickly arranged for them see a doctor at a hospital and accompanied them there.
